Return transfers will depart from Castello di Celsa at midnight, taking guests back to the same location they were collected from earlier in the day (unless you are part of the bridal party, in which case you will be dropped back to the hotel you are staying at).

It is very important that when boarding for the return journey, that you check its destination prior to departure. We’d hate for anyone to end up stranded in Siena as it is extremely difficult to get taxis… though it might make for a great story at the pool party the next day!

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for, and no gift is expected.

For those who have kindly asked and for those who really feel the need or desire, we would be grateful for a contribution to help us start married life together.

Return transfers will depart from Podere Tesoro at 18:00, taking guests back to the same location they were collected from earlier in the day. With this in mind it is very important that when boarding for the return journey, that you check its destination prior to departure.
For those of you travelling with children who were unfortunately not invited to the wedding, they are more than welcome to attend the pool party, we would love to see them.

The pool party will be a relaxed afternoon with the pool as the centre piece where people can choose to get in or not, it is strictly optional.

Florence Airport is the closest to Siena, with a journey time of approximately one hour. Pisa Airport is also an option, taking about 1 hour and 30 minutes.

While guests are welcome to arrange alternative accommodation, we strongly advise staying within walking distance of Hotel NH Siena. This hotel will serve as the primary pick-up and drop-off point for all transport to and from the wedding venue and pool party.

Please be aware that taxis are very difficult to get at night in Siena. They often have to come from Florence and more than likely have to be pre-booked in advance. With this in mind, if you would like to explore Siena and the surrounding areas we would recommend renting a car. On our visits to Siena we explored some local hotels which are well located.
